Analysis :
Team India is the most experienced team of this world cup, they also have an added advantage of home ground till final. Indian team is also known to perform well on their home grounds. The captain MS Dohni has a good win percentage of 55.91. The team has very strong batting line up with kohli(2), Dohni(5), Gambhir(9), Sehwag(11), Tendulkar(15) and Yuvraj Singh(24). The bowling squad of indian team is rather weak with only Kumar and Zaheer Khan ranked 17 and 23 respectively. Harbajan Singh also has a good bowling record inside India.The team has good chances of making it to final however their bowling may cause difficulties for them.

The bowling section of the team requires a lot of improvement and experience. the team may not make it past quarterfinals.

The team has great chance of making it to final and winning it. the lack of experienced spinners may be a set back for the team.
